Bodrum and the broader Aegean coast have evolved into Türkiye's ultra-luxury counterpart to the Côte d'Azur. The 2014 opening of Mandarin Oriental Bodrum signalled the region's institutional credentials; since then Six Senses, LUX, Maxx Royal, Caresse Luxury (Marriott Autograph) and Voyage have entered, with branded residences commanding €15-25K/m² rates.
