6. NDA & Confidentiality
Certain property details are shared under Non-Disclosure Agreement. Unauthorized sharing of confidential information may result in legal action.
7. Fees & Commission
For buyers: Our platform is free to use. For sellers: No upfront fees. Commission is performance-based and agreed upon before listing.

All content, design, logos, and materials on this website are owned by Sovereign Gates and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
9. Limitation of Liability
Sovereign Gates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of this platform. Investment decisions are the sole responsibility of the investor.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Antalya, Turkey.
